Mike Cranfield manages the day-to-day operations of Cranfields Property Bermuda Ltd (CPB) ensuring the smooth execution of property management, accounts, and licensing procedures to maintain CPB’s professional reputation in the Bermudian real estate market.

Mike's career reflects his diverse skill set and extensive experience. He developed his business capabilities early on by working in his family’s demanding electronics wholesale business. He later transitioned into the emerging field of Information Technology, where he thrived as a developer and technical project manager. This career took him around the world before returning to Bermuda to implement new financial systems for the Bermuda Government working in their IT Department. Mike then moved into the corporate and banking sector, ultimately serving as Director and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at one of Bermuda’s leading banking institutions. When the opportunity arose, Mike decided to take on a hands-on role in the family real estate business at Cranfields Property Bermuda.

At CPB, Mike wears many hats, serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and accountant. Additionally, he holds a professional drone pilot license, is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) and also holds a real estate agent license, bringing added value to the firm.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mike enjoys Bermuda’s outdoor lifestyle, with hobbies including photography, fishing, watersports, and golf.

Mike's guidance and expertise have been instrumental in CPB’s growth from a single-operator business to a respected real estate firm with a team of six agents. His commitment and broad experience make him an invaluable resource to CPB.
